6. Transaction Fee Charges

Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment, if applicable. Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.  Once payment made which are non-refundable or non-cancellable for any reason or any other cancellation clause then please update. Amount once paid which are non-refundable for any reason or any clause of Ivarchasv Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

7. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation
Payment: Payments for services rendered by iVarchasv must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. All invoices must be paid on or before the due date specified.

Refund: Refunds are only applicable if mutually agreed upon in writing, and only under circumstances where iVarchasv has failed to deliver a service as promised. No refund will be issued for work already completed or hours already billed.

Cancellation: Either party may cancel a service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. In such cases, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Advance payments or deposits may be non-refundable depending on the project status at the time of cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability
iVarchasv shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this website or any services offered through it.

9. Privacy
